I have nearly forty years experience in education. Until 2013 I was an advisory teacher for special educational needs and inclusion with Service Children’s Education in Germany. I have produced several guidance documents for teachers in regarding special needs and inclusion. I hold a Doctorate in Education and continue to engage in international research in the field of special needs. I have also been an inspector of early years settings on behalf of Ofsted. I am the link governor for any disabled children and those with special educational needs at Rodmarton School.
