Art Week

“ This year, the children studied the works of Thomas Gainsborough, John Constable and Raoul Dufy. They had the opportunity to explore and use an array of different techniques. They worked on their own pieces but also got the chance to contribute to a whole class and whole school collaborative piece. 

The children thoroughly enjoyed their week of art. They produced some highly effective pieces which were displayed at our exhibition in the village hall.  ”
