Rodmarton Primary School follow Gloucestershire County Council’s School Admission Arrangements.

Gloucestershire LA has responsibility for admissions, but it is also helpful if you are intending to nominate Rodmarton School as your first choice, that you also fill in a Rodmarton School admission form, available from the school office.

Rodmarton School has a legal Standard Admission Number of 11.

Admission arrangements for children starting school in September 2018:

Any parents/carers living outside of Gloucestershire will need to contact Gloucestershire County Council for an application pack, to be considered for any school in Gloucestershire.

Useful dates:

November 2017 – You should receive a letter from Gloucestershire County Council advising you how to apply for a school place

15th January 2018 – deadline for making your application

16th April 2018 – allocation day (find out which school Gloucestershire County Council can offer your child)

In Year Admissions

For any other applications, parents should complete an in-year application form and send this to Rodmarton Primary School for consideration of a place.  The preferred school is responsible for liaising with the parent in relation to their decision and must advise the County Council of the outcome in writing.
